"There is no sincerer love than the love of food."

One night we were having a large group of people over for dinner and the group kept growing. I was stressed out about how to make a great tasting dinner and have it be exciting and less boring that just plain grilled chicken.
I googled recipes for a chicken rub and came across one that I liked. I did not have time to write it down so I winged it. I am also winging it right now while I am typing this post, but it's something along these lines and you can change it to taste. :)
Dry Chicken Rub:
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-4 tbsp (or more) paprika
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp dry parsley flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
-2 tsp onion powder
1 lb bonless skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2. Heat grill to medium heat
3. Rub mix onto chicken and coat completely
4. Grilled until thoroughly cooked (don't over cook this or the rub will blacken)
5. Take off of grill and serve!
This is a great recipe for a quick and easy dinner! My friends talked about how great it was and I was please with it myself.
Have a great week, be happy, and
Remember to love,
